The BIGBANG Reseller Program lets you sell our hosting, 3CX Cloud PBX, VPS and dedicated servers from your own WHMCS installation, under your own brand and your own prices.
You install one provisioning module. After that, when your customer orders, your WHMCS places the order with us automatically, we provision it, and your customer is live — with no message, ticket or manual step between us.
What is automated
- Create — your customer's order provisions the service on our platform.
- Suspend and unsuspend — your overdue-payment rules apply upstream too, and your suspension reason travels with it.
- Upgrade and downgrade — changing the plan on your product moves the real account.
- Terminate — cancellation releases the service and stops your cost.
How pricing works
Every reseller account carries an agreed markup. Your catalogue is read live from our API, with your markup already applied, so the price you see is the price we invoice you.
What you charge your own customer is entirely your decision. We never see it, and it does not have to match the cycle you buy on — you may sell monthly and buy annually.
What you need
- WHMCS 8.x, with shell or FTP access to install one directory.
- Outbound HTTPS from your WHMCS server to
portal.its.ae. - A server clock kept in sync. Requests are signed per hour, so a badly wrong clock is rejected.
How to apply
Fill in the application form:

It asks for your company details, your WHMCS address and the services you intend to sell. We review it within one business day, then send you three things: the module package, your reseller username, and your API key.
Once you have those, follow Connect your WHMCS to BIGBANG in this category. Setup takes about ten minutes. The module itself is in the Downloads section of your client area, under Reseller Program.
