No documentations are required. .qa and قطر. domains can be registered by anyone, just like a .com domain
Requirements (.com.qa):
1. Copy of valid trade licence issued within the State of Qatar issued by the Ministry of Business and Trade and/or the competent authorities of the State of Qatar.
OR
2. Copy of Trademark Registration certificate pertaining to the domain name
3. A letter requesting the domain name registration
Requirements (.net.qa):
1. Copy of valid trade licence issued within the State of Qatar issued by the Ministry of Business and Trade and/or a license issued by the competent authorities of the State of Qatar for the provision of ICT services in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Qatar;
OR
2. Copy of Trademark Registration certificate issued in Qatar for an ICT service or product. (Trademark should be registered).
3. Domain name Registration Request letter

2. Copy of Trademark Registration certificate pertaining to the domain name
